Venue Tour: Hasbrouck House, Stone Ridge, NY

Recently, I visited the Hasbrouck House in the historic hamlet of Stone Ridge, NY and let me tell you, this is definitely a modern meets historic meets luxury kind of venue.

HH1Centered around an 18th century Dutch Colonial stone mansion built in 1757, the Hasbrouck House is full of character. The property features twenty beautifully-designed suites across four buildings (making it easy for your entire bridal party to all stay overnight in one location), an in-house farm-to-table restaurant, Butterfield, and over 40 park-like acres to set the perfect scene for your wedding.

The Assistant Manager, Kayleigh (who was super sweet, by the way!) showed me around the grounds, club room and bar area, and restaurant area. They were fully booked with guests that weekend so I didn’t get a chance to tour the suites, but the pictures speak for themselves!

The Hasbrouck House hosts a select number of weddings per year, from May through October. A beautiful outdoor wedding reception is held on their 4,000 sq ft bluestone patio, which can accommodate up to 150 guests. The ceremony can either be held on the bluestone patio, on the porch, on the main lawn, or at another location on the main lawn around the beautiful Oak tree. Butterfield at Hasbrouck House is the exclusive food and beverage partner for all of our events.

They only host one wedding per weekend, and a full hotel buyout with a two night minimum stay is required of all weddings.

They provide 20 6-ft tables and 200 white padded chairs, however couples will need to rent tabletop items, which is actually perfect so you can customize your design! They have 3 restrooms for your guests’ convenience and provide 2 valet staff members along with pre-event support from a Private Event Coordinator but do require that the couples hire an outside day-of wedding coordinator.

They book up quickly so it’s recommended to book 1 year to 18 months in advance! But if you’re looking for a historic wedding venue in the Hudson Valley that has all the amenities, then you’ve found it!

Contact The Hasbrouck House for more information on their wedding venue.
